Double-sided trimming shear is a important equipment of finishing line, if there is deviation during plate cutting, it will directly cause plate edge cutting quality problem, increase grinding and processing work. So this paper mainly studies the shearing process and the delivering process deviation and its control measures.This paper introduced the basic structure and characteristic of the double side trimming shear.Suppose there is no deviation, we analyzed the force on plate and pinch rollers during cutting and delivering process, the cutting force is analyzed and calculated, the delivering precondition is also discussed.Three factors affect the plate deviation during cutting are analyzed, the synchronized control measure between two side shears is given, knife gap calculation and compensation formula, and the method to solve knife gap parallelism deviation are also given out.Compared and found knife gap difference is the most important factor.The relationship between installation precision synchronized control,roller diameter difference and pressure to plate deviation are researched. The detection and adjustment methods of pinch rollers are given, also the scheme of pinch rollers synchronous control.Find the most important factors are horizontal precision, pinch roll diameter difference and vertical precision at last.Finite element analysis of the plate delivering deviation is done with ANSYS to prove the relationship between installation precision, synchronized control and roller diameter to deviation.At last some measures to reduce plate deviation are done, to test and checkout the research results, and analyzed the control capability of plate deviation with minitab。...
