Cooling in the deep mine is a difficult problem for mine production. And withthe digging depth deeper of the mine, the problem is more and more sharp. Basedon investigating the present state on the research of the manipulation of hightemperature disaster in the coal mine, the basic mode of mine centralize coolingsystem is generalized, and purposes the cooling system with ice delivering coldquantity for deep mine. According to the theory of heat transfer and two phaseflow, the freezing process is researched of vertical sheet ice machine. It ispurposed that the freezing process can be divided into three zones,immersing-water zone, drip-water zone and over-cooling zone. And themathematical patterns and its solving methods of the three zones are gained. Thenthe paper analyzed the factors working on the efficiency of the ice-making, fittedthe relationship between the unit refrigerating output and the degree ofover-cooling and the relationship between the COP and the degree of over-coolingfor different refrigerating medium, and according to the above result, theavailability of over-cooling refrigerating cycle is proved for improving theperformance of the ice-making system. The different methods of ice-deliveringare detailed and the calculation equation is gained of the ice-deliveringcapacity of the helical ice-delivering machine. The fundamental equations aregained of the ice-water two phase flow in the system according to the solid-liquidtwo phase flow theory. In addition, the paper researched the calculation methodof the pipe pressure loss and the parameters influencing the pressure loss. Twostandpoints are appraised on the insulation and non-insulation of the pipe.According to the ice-melting mechanics, the mathematical models are analyzed onthe condition of a certain quantity ice and continual ice-delivering and thereal-time speed rate is gained of the ice-melting based on the formation of imagetheory. And the cooling transfer technology is introduced of the working face,the intensification of the heat transfer of the air-cooling as well. Finally, the calculation procedure of the system is generalized and the relationshipequation between the ice temperature and ice quantity is gained.
