Xi’an Living Environment Sustainable Development Research

To create a good living environment, is the world issues of common concern. Inrecent years, due to the acceleration of the city’s rapid population growth andurbanization, resulting in the deterioration of people’s living environment, making urbanliving environment encountered severe challenges due to a large number of floatingpopulation into the cities. Along with the rapid economic development and people’squality of life has improved steadily, and the seriousness of the living environment ofmore and more people pay close attention. Good living environment is an importantindicator of well-off society comprehensively building a moderately prosperous society,not only to economic development and natural ecological environment construction asimportant as location, which requires to consider, but also from the environment andsustainable development point of view, we must always follow the principle of "peoplein harmony with nature" and "interpersonal harmony", so the living environment andsustainable development issues become the focus of one of the problems of the industrythe majority of scholars.Habitat Environmental Sustainability Assessment of the literature review, asystematic introduction to the Habitat theoretical basis of the environmentalsustainability, basic principles, evaluation content, evaluation methods. The basis oftheory of the living environment, sustainable development theory, urban ecology theoryas a guide, affect people ranking the environmental sustainability and socialdevelopment, economic development, ecological environment and development, buildXi’an urban Habitat indicators of environmental sustainability evaluation system; the antcolony algorithm to model the functional relation between quantitative and qualitativeevaluation and analysis of Xi’an living environment sustainable development and topredict the Xi’an living environment sustainable future development trends and directions. Finally, the study of sustainable urban development people livingenvironment objectives, combined with the living environment in Xi’an, the currentsituation and existing problems, and promote the Xi’an Habitat environmentallysustainable development strategies and decision-making for the relevant governmentdepartments in order to provide reference and reference. The main findings are:(1) Build Xi’an Habitat environmental sustainability evaluation of the three-indexsystem. The system layer is the living environment for sustainable development, featurelayer, including social development, economic development, environmentaldevelopment of the three factors; index layer is the interpretation of the feature layer,including a29factor.(2) Use of the living environment sustainable development of the evaluation indexsystem and ant colony model living environment in Xi’an, a quantitative evaluation andanalysis, the results show that: environmentally sustainable development coordinationsince1990to2010, Xi’an Habitatshowing increasing trend, the living environment isincreasingly improved.(3) According to the results of the analysis, summed up the current problems ofXi’an Habitat environment, combined with the living environment in Xi’an, the statusquo and the western development strategy specific to the implementation of regionaldevelopment strategy, put forward six living environment suggestionsto build asustainable.
