Research on the chroma of Si-C-O\FTO coated glass was done by numerical calculation,it was found that the unreasonable match of refractive index of glass and layers make Si-C-O\FTO coated glass’ color-difference hard to be controlled. so,TiO2\FTO was released by numerical calculation research in this dissertation. Compared to Si-C-O\FTO coated glass, this kind of coated glass shows the status of colorless even when the film thickness vary largely. Moreover, TiO2 film can be coated by multiple methods in industry. So, TiO2\FTO coated glass is a ideal choice for solving the problem of FTO glass’ color-difference.For color-difference is affected by film refractive index directly,TiO2 film and SnO2:F film were used as experimental subjects for discussing the influence of film thickness, sintering temperature and doping ratio on the films’refractive index. It was found that:TiO2 film’s refractive index and extinction coefficient would increase as the film thickness increasing; TiO2 film’s refractive index also would increase when sintering temperature of TiO2 film rise in a certain range; and SnO2:F film’s refractive index would increase with the doping ratio of F element rising. The influence of refractive index on FTO glass’saturation was also analyzed in this paper, and the result showed that the diversification of refractive index will significantly affect FTO glass’ saturation. As say, FTO glass’ color-difference can be controlled by adjusting refractive index to a suitable range.Lastly, visible light reflectivity of FTO glass was calculated, the result improved that TiO2\FTO coated glass’ visible light reflectivity meet the requirement of architectural lighting, it is between 0.15 and 0.2.
