1,2,4-triazole derivatives and1,3,4-oxadiazole derivatives usually display good biological activity such as anti-bacterial, anti-inflammation, antifungal, anti-cancer, insecticidal and herbicidal. Consequently, they have already been widely utilized in the research of pesticides and medicines. Based on the pharmacological principle of stacking, compounds containing two heterocyclic activity centers would have better biological activity. Therefore, the research on synthesizing of double-heterocyclic compounds has been one of the major branches in heterocyclic chemistryA series of novel sulfur ethers containing both1,2,4-triazole and1,3,4-oxadiazole ring were designed and synthesized. The method for preparation of these compounds is shown in Scheme1. We hope that the compounds with better biological activities and fewer side effects could obtain.All these21target compounds(A1~A6, B1~B15) have not been reported in literature and their structures were confirmed by1H NMR.13C NMR、IR and MS(or HRMS).
