Steel Cu-graphite composite plate not only has the steel plate characteristics of high strength, good mechanical properties and also has the characteristics of copper graphite composite material with good thermal conductivity, wear resistance and high temperature lubrication and other advantages. Steel Cu-graphite composite plate is an ideal high temperature bearing material. The demand throughout all walks of life, it’s used in aviation, aerospace, electronics, automotive and other fields. But the existing composite board post-processing method was supposed to be complex process, high production cost, interfacial shear strength increase is not uniform which will cause greatly influence in the service lifetime of the composite board and the range of application. The use of the two rolling process of Steel Cu-graphite composite board for experiment, which will solve the problem of uneven deformation.The method in order to improve the uniformity of the composite plate. And through a large number of experiments and theoretical analysis, determined the uniform lifting of steel copper graphite composite plate basic process conditions, the main research contents are as follows:1.Through theoretical analysis of steel copper graphite composite plate interface additional stress and the cause of steel copper graphite composite board in a rolling processing uneven in shear strength. Draw a conclusion of treatment solution.2.Through treated with the different rolling reduction rate of Titanium Bronze3.5-4.5graphite composite plate, shows that shear strength distribution and the corresponding transverse shear strength distribution. Draw a conclusion of the maximum shear strength of rolling reduction ratio.3.Through treated the steel copper graphite composite board in different temperature, different time with diffusion annealing treatment, Checking the experiment effect and get the optimal process parameters.4.Assigned the optimal rolling reduction rates and finished two after rolling treatment experiment and the shear strength test. Establish the mathematical model, and find out the optimized process parameters of two rolling process.
