The developed country has very seriously attention on waste FRP recycling, andstudied earlierly. Such as, in the80’s the United States carry out waste FRPdecomposition recycling method feasibility study. On1990,Japan setted theestablishment of FRP reuse Committee, developed multiple FRP recycling andpromote recycling of law and policy since1991. The guidelines " provincial resources,recycling, reuse, and ultimately treatment " for FRP reinforced plastic wasteprocessing development direction in Europe. Governments and FRP enterprises haveinvested a lot of manpower and material resources, has developed a variety ofrecycling methods, such as, thermal recovery method, crushing and recovery method,energy recovery method, hydrolysis or alcoholysis recovery method and biologicalrecovery method.
