Analysis On Coal Miners’ Physical And Psychological Health And Study On Related Management Measures

Coal miners are in a position of coal production line, their physical and psychological health directly affects the safety of coal production and family happiness of broad coal miners, it is necessary to focus on physical and psychological health of the grassroots workers, to develop good mental state for coal miners when coal mine enterprise builds coal mine safety management system.This paper analyzes influence of mine harmful gas, noise and vibration, work space, micro climate, underground lighting and color to occupational diseases of coal miners, leads to common occupational diseases of coal industry, and analyzes the miners pneumoconiosis disease and life quality of patients by using statistical analyzes of cases and the SF-36scale (also called health questionnaires) respectively, and it analyzes the incentive of the miners’back pain and coal occupational health status in China at present from different perspectives.According to the psychological health status of the miners, this paper analyzes the common psychological health problems of coal mine and the (?)psychological trauma because of accidents. It investigates and analyzes mental (?)ealth of coal miners by the application of symptoms rating scale (SCL-90), this (?)aper concludes:psychological health status of coal miners is poor; coal miners (?)ave many psychological health problems. It compares all samples of the self-assessment lists and the same age group, the conclusion shows:the coal mine employees of the self-assessment lists have more subjective physical discomfort, score of paranoid factor is higher, and they have more feelings and mood of melancholy, depression, etc, have strong sense of inferiority in interpersonal relationships and lack of interest in life.According to the analysis of physical and psychological health of miners, it outs forward the countermeasures to improve underground environment from all angles, analyzes prevention and control measures of coal mine each face. To ensure physical and psychological health of coal miners, it puts forward prevention measures of occupational disease, psychological interventional measures for miners, education and training measures to strengthen coal miners’ physical and psychological health.
