WEDM-HS Software System Design And Implementation(Database With Parameters)

As a particular special processing equipment, The WEDM-HS is a key supporting equipment to the basic industry such as Mould industry, which is one of the excellent national industries. The annual output is approximate10000sets throughout the country. The workload of programming establishment is very heavy, and operating parameter is complicated, many works has to been done manually. So far as the research on technology in the development of the WEDM software based on ACIS is concerned, most of them is based on DOS system without the datebase of precessing parameter and angular processing module. Besides, there isn’t any similar foreign product. To researching and developping a full-featured CAD/CAM integrated software based on ACIS, it becomes the demands of the development of manufacturing information and the enhancing the prosperity of national indutries.This dissertation mainly researches on speed wire EDM drawing software system (GZMED software system), makes a profound analysis on basic framework of Graphics Design Software and basic method of various Graphics Rendering Technologies, establishes the datebase of processing parameter etc. In this paper, system was studied with the theory and method of software engineering, establishes the functional model of system and anlysis other non-funtional demands of thesystem in light of actual needs. According to the comprehensive demand, it has designed system architecture, Three aspects are discussed which include the design of system interface, the method of realizing, the computation flow process for various graph transformation, the technologies are realized by the system includes INI File menu management, WinAPI library links to technology; In order to improve Practical Trait of speed wire EDM, GZMED software system Using a method of graphic visualization for process modeling, the administrator can observe drawn graph’s variation with different processing parameter through graphical interfaces.This system has used BCB5.5programming tools and Dephi5Database Developing Tool, realized the functions of system. It has won one third-class prize of Sichuan Provincial Scientific and Technological Advances Award.
