As the decrease of offshore oil resources, marine-work has become more and more widespread. Semi-submersible drilling platform is the most important equipment of marine-work operations. Construction of the platform is conducted in blocking. Most of parts are manufactured and assembled in different places, then all of them are delivered to a location to realize the assembly of large-tonnage, large-span, large-area super huge modules, and at last, the whole synchronous assembly of the platform is finished. Hydraulic synchronous lifting technology is the key point of the construction process of large tonnage semi-submersible offshore platforms, so it is extremely meaningful to research on it.The large tonnage offshore platform lifting system is assigned as the research object in this paper. The experimental test of the prototype model is conducted. Hydraulic shock is found in decline process. The research is based on this phenomenon, and the main work is as follows:(1) Hydraulic synchronizing lifting system’s components and working principle are introduced. The prototype model of synchronizing lifting system is carried out detailed analysis and necessary simplified.(2) Hydraulic simulation model of prototype test is established by AMESim. The test situation is reappeared to preliminarily verify the correctness of the model. On this basis, the influence factors which affect the system dynamic characteristic are analyzed.(3) In order to fully reflect the load characteristics of hydraulic system, ADAMS simulation model based on steel strand wire is built. Based on the model, the influence of steel strand wire for the dynamic characteristic of the hydraulic synchronous lifting system is researched.(4) Using the mechanical-hydraulic co-simulation method with ADAMS and AMESim, relatively real dynamic characteristic of system is get. The result further verifies the correctness of the simulation model. On this basis, a variety of working conditions are simulated for researching the dynamic characteristics of the system.(5) The paper also brings about the improvement for hydraulic synchronous lifting system. The hydraulic shock phenomenon which appears in test is solved effectively.
