Comminution is applied extending all over the various walks of life of national economy, especially in mining industry。 Comminution is a process with preseheavy energy, with the development of the economy,how to reduce the energy consumption of comminution, enhance the efficiency of comminution, and develop new breaking plants and comminuting technology is the most important topic in the field of comminution. This particle presents the present condition of Crusher and the study of the theory of comminution in china, and puts forward that the traditional breaking plants in the home market is difficult to meet with the demands of economic and social development with low productivity, low automation but high energy consumption。 And the foreign and advanced breaking plants with high productivity and low energy consumption is too expensive.many enterprise in our country want to copy these advanced breaking plants,but the performance of the copys are mentioned in the same breath with equipment from abroad, that is because we cann’t hold the key techniques。 So it is significance for national corporation to develop new efficient and energy saving breaking plants with self-owned intellectual property rights, it can cut down the cost of equipment for corporation to make enterprise achieve maximum benefit。Based on the results of the Recent research on the theory of comminution, Use of more crushing and less grinding principle to guide development of interparticle comminution principle of the new crusher is the current main direction。 This particle presents a new type disc roller mill which is developed by Zhengzhou University and the Xinxiang Sida Company depending on interparticle comminution, this new crusher adopt the structure types of one disc with four rollers on it, hydraulic load-on and electric-automation control system, so it is tight and efficient and energy saving。 This paper mainly includes the following aspects:(1) Introduce the structure types and the principle of this new type disc roller mill, and describe the innovative structure of the main components in detailand。Use Solidworks to finish the technical design of new type disc roller mill。(2) Study on the principle of the scraper discharge unit to find the factors which affect the discharging speed by theoretical analysis and experimental verification to supply theoretic foundation for the design and installation of discharge unit.(3) Depending on the research of the theoretical Analysis of Energy Consumption on Crusher, use the energy consumption formula which is propounded by R.I.Charles to set up the power wasting mathematic model of new crusher, and design experiment to illustrate the validity of the model using the model machine to simulate the factual performance。(4)Design a new rotating istributing device to go with the new crusher, and to feed it, and design experiment to analyse the working performance。...
