Blisk is a new integrated structure that processing or welding theblades and disks together. Because of its high thrust-weight ratio andreliability,it is widely applied to aero engines and turbines. Vane is thekey part of the powered energy equipment of the aero engine, and theprocessing technique and the Surface quality of vane play a decisive rolein the function and the service life of engine. Vane is abnormity surfaceand its texture is too thin,so it is very difficult to machining. At present, itstill depends on manual polishing to achieve surface finishing interiorly.But manual polishing not only is ineffective but also cannot assure thedimension precision and the quality of blade surface. Therefore, it’s verynecessary to design a new technical skill of automatic polishing whichcan continuous process high precisely and high efficiently. In the light ofthe foregoing, we design a machinery tool for grinding blisk.Being aim at using the advanced technology of other countries forreference and avoiding the disadvantage of domestic polishing skills asfor as possible,We design a soft shaft elastic grinding tool system for theblisk.In order to guarantee to grind blades of the blisk efficiently,depending on the structure of the foundation,the PKM and the frame,combining process technology of abrasive belt grinding, we design the soft shaft elastic grinding tool system. In order to guarantee the rigidityrequirements and the strength requirements of the frame,through finiteelement method,we analyze statics characteristics of frame in grindingtool system. Then the main components of blisk grinding machine areanalyzed with modal and harmonic response by means of ACE(ANSYSClassic Environment). Ensure the structure of the machine being safe andreliable, and the machine can achieve high efficient and high precisionautomatic grinding.
