The composite materials of different laminated structure are prepared, using PVCcomposite which is filled with BaSO4as matrix,choosing glass fabrics,nonwoven and woodmaterials as laminated materials. In order to study the different laminated structures on thesound insulation property and find the laminated structure of the best sound insulationproperty,the samples’ sound insulation property,damping property,mechanical property andso on are tested and analyzedFirst of all,PVC composite materials are prepared using the formula of100phrPVC:40phrDOP:20phrCP-52:7phrESO:8phrCPE:0.8phrPE wax:460phrBaSO4. The samples’properties are tested and analyzed. The results show that:the material has good dampingproperty,sound insulation property and softness. It is a kind of toughness material because ithas big breaking elongation but small tensile strength. It can increase greatly the effect of flameretardant by adding flame retardant.Secondly,the composite materials of different laminated structure are prepared,using twokinds of glass fabric(sEW100'EW200)and PVC composites. The results show that:the glassfabric can improve the composite material’s damping property, sound insulation property andtensile load,but reduce the breaking elongation. The differences of the sound insulationproperties of composites’ laminated structure are reflected in the low and high frequencies. Thesound insulation property is better when the number of layers is creased.Thirdly,the composite materials of different laminated structure are prepared,using threekinds of nonwoven materials(N1、N2'N3) and PVC composites. The results show that:the nonwoven can improve the composite material’s sound insulation property,tensile load andmaintain a certain amount of breaking elongation. The differences of the sound insulationproperty of composites’ laminated structure are reflected in the high frequency and the soundinsulation property is better when the number of layers is increased. The laminated structure ofPVC/fabric/PVC/fabric/PVC made by glass fabrics and nonwoven materials has good sound insulation property.Finally,the composite materials of different laminated structure are prepared,using threekinds of plates and PVC composite. The results show that:the materials’ sound insulationperformance is composed of absorption of plate and damping and sound insulation of PVC. Thesound insulation in low and high frequencies is greatly increased by adding plates. The soundreduction can increase to30dB by the laminated structure of PVC/plate/PVC/plate/PVC.
