Research On Application Of Industrial Engineering Management Theory In Suit Manufacture Management

The suit production enterprises have been investigated. It has been found that thereare many problems in operation actions, such as the un-standardized work operations, thenot stable production line and the quality. According to these problems, industrialengineering management theory is applied in this study on suit manufacture management.First of all, the development, theory, method, technology and engineering technologyof the industrial engineering are analyzed. The methods of program analysis, actionanalysis, time study, production line balancing of industrial engineering theory are used toimprove the suit production.Then the suit production enterprises are investigated. The problems in the suitproduction enterprise are found and discussed in order to solve these existing problems.The actions of workers are analyzed and determined to delete all the unnecessary actionsand to improve the reasonable actions. In suit production, shorten processing line andmanufacturing cycle, reasonable arrangement of organization distribution of work makelocation time synchronization. The idle time can be reduced to achieve the high efficiencybalanced production line. The existing workers and equipments can be best used. Under thebasis of production process improvement and no value-added processes removing, methodand procedure optimization, the suit quality can also be ensured. The suit productiontechnical specifications are suggested for employees training, production standardizationand suit quality improvement.The advanced models of many varieties, small batch, short turn time production arealso studies to meet the requirements suit characteristics. It can be expected to reduce thelabor intensity, to improve the suit production, to stable the product quality and to reducethe dependence of the experience on operators by apply of the results of this research intosuit manufacture practice. The research process and method for enterprises have the vitalsignificance to improve the economic benefit and technical level of the suit production.
