In underground engineering and energy development in the field of production practice, how to accurately measure ground stress has been an important subject of engineering and academia. This paper based on theoretical analysis and simulation test and field measurement, we make a system of in-depth research on stress sleeve fracturing method in deep mine. Put forward the more feasibility of parallel drilling-sleeve fracturing method ground stress test technology, and considering the characteristics of the material in geotechnical engineering plastic, to the original elastic theory to the reasonable correction, determined the correction coefficient, from the experimental results available, the single-hole sleeve fracturing a correction factor of0.78, the parallel drill sleeve fracturing correction factor of0.83. Using this method, in-situ stress data successfully are obtained in Huainan Zhu Ji mine-965m track roadway. Through the field to stress test to determine the original rock stress distribution characteristics, projected maximum principal stress of Zhu set mine-965m transport roadway is the east-west horizontal stress σy=23.16MPa, Intermediate principal stress is vertical stress σz=21.04MPa and minimum principal stress is the north-south to the horizontal stress σx=3.01MPa. The lateral pressure coefficient greater than1which indicating that the region of the horizontal stress is the main tectonic stress.On this basis, the use of numerical methods, optimize the Lane’s original support structure, give the optimal length of the anchor and row spacing. The results showed that the surrounding rock deformation decreases gradually with the increase in the density of the bolt support, the rational design of the bolt pitch is600mm×600mm, the best length of anchor is2.8m.The research results of the high pressure control, deep well deep roadway support technology to provide a reliable basis, and for other similar conditions of support of provide the beneficial reference.
