"Sharp tools make good work." In numerical control technology,as a basic machining equipment,tool plays a key role in cutting.With the continuous development of modern industry,composite materials,new high-strength steel and other high-performance materials are widely used in industrial products.Higher requirements are put forward for the overall performance of cutting tools.In the process of machining and manufacturing,as a cutting tool,milling cutter plays a very important role.The machining accuracy and surface quality of workpieces and parts are determined by the quality of cutting edge grinding.Based on this,it is necessary to use advanced CNC grinding machine.Based on this,this paper develops an advanced six axis CNC grinding machine,which aims to realize the automatic grinding of common cutting tools.First of all,by studying the methods and steps of the design of CNC machine tools,the overall design scheme of CNC grinding machine is conceived,optimized,the motion scheme of mechanism based on grinding machine is determined,and the key parts in each system are designed in detail,analyzed and calculated in theory,and the assembly drawing and the parts drawing of key parts of the general system of machine tools are drawn Optimization has done the related bedding work.This paper mainly designs the spindle drive system of the grinding machine and the six axis linkage feed system of X,y,Z,a,B and C.According to the design requirements of given parameters,the main parts of the transmission system: ball screw nut pair are specifically designed,calculated and selected.The system and key parts of the CNC grinding machine tool are modeled and assembled by3 D modeling software.In order to verify whether the design principle and related motion process of CNC grinding machine can meet the grinding requirements,this paper uses ADAMS software to carry out kinematic and dynamic simulation analysis of the whole machine,and lightweight design of the whole machine system and key parts of the grinding machine.The finite element analysis software ANSYS is used to analyze the stress and displacement of the key parts of the grinding machine in the working state,and the modal analysis of the core parts iscarried out.The first six modal frequencies are obtained,and the vibration frequency in the working process is pointed out,which provides guidance for the subsequent test and work.The reliability and feasibility of mechanical design are verified,and the structure is properly optimized and analyzed.Then the electrical control system of the whole machine is planned and designed by using the modular method.The selection and technical parameters of stepping motor and driver are introduced,and the electrical hardware is constructed.Finally,taking the grinding of the flat end milling cutter as an example,the method of NC programming and the operation method and steps of the grinding machine are explained,and the operability and feasibility of the six axis CNC grinding machine are verified.
