To improve the bamboo plywood performance will be thedevelopment direction in the future. This paper analyzes the effect of specification types offiberglass cloth, coupling agent types, the ratio of coupling agent and alcohol, the ratio of phoneticresin glue and water, hot pressing pressure, hot pressing temperature, hot pressing factors on theperformance of fiberglass-reinforced bamboo plywood, such as static the modulus of elasticity instatic bending, the strength of static bending, inside combinative strength, surface wear resistance,dipping stripping performance indexes; Analyzes the bonding mechanism of fiberglass-reinforcedbamboo plywood applying XL30DSEM environment scanning electron microscopy and infraredabsorption spectrometer (Nicolet380). The result shows:Adding fiberglass cloth in the internal can heighten the MOR and the MOE of bambooplywood. After adding6*10mesh size, the longitudinal MOE, transverse MOE, longitudinal MOR,transverse MOR has increased10.32%,12.80%,20.48%,14.37%compared to non-fiberglass-clothbamboo plywood respectively. Fiberglass-forced bamboo plywood should add6*10mesh size thickfiberglass cloth as reinforced materials while production and surface should be covered with14*14mesh size fine fiberglass cloth. The coupling agent type has notable effect on the transverse MOEand inside combinative strength of fiberglass-forced bamboo plywood, and has less notable effecton longitudinal MOE of fiberglass-forced bamboo plywood, KH-560and KH-792is fit to becoupling agent in the produce process of fiberglass-forced bamboo plywood; The ratio of couplingagent and alcohol has notable effect on wear-resisting value of fiberglass-forced bamboo plywood,but less notable effect on the inside combinative strength, and the suitable ratio of coupling agentand alcohol for fiberglass-forced bamboo plywood should be1:2or1:3; Different ratios of phoneticresin and water has little notable influence on all kinds of performance indexes of fiberglass-forcedbamboo plywood, the suitable ratio of phenol resin glue and water for fiberglass-forced bambooplywood should be1:1or1:1.5.Three kinds of hot pressing pressures have little notable influence on the performance indexesof fiberglass-forced bamboo plywood, it is suitable for the hot pressing pressure of fiberglass-forcedbamboo plywood to be set as2.2MPa; Different hot-pressing temperatures have significantinfluence on the longitudinal MOE and internal bonding strength of fiberglass-forced bambooplywood, less significant influence on the transverse MOE of fiberglass-forced bamboo plywood,the difference of longitudinal MOE between135℃and150℃is extremely remarkable incorresponding fiberglass-reinforced bamboo plywood respectively, it is suitable for the hot-pressingtemperature to be set as150℃; Different hot-pressing time have less obvious effect on the insidecombinative strength of fiberglass-forced bamboo plywood, it is suitable for the hot-pressing timeprocess parameter of fiberglass-forced bamboo plywood production to be set as1.1minï¼mm.Phenolic resin glue and glass fiber cloth are combined mainly through the combining role ofcoupling agent, chemical reactions occur between coupling agent and fiberglass cloth, couplingagent and phenolic resin glue, forming strong bonds; The glass fiber were processed by KH-550,KH-560and KH-792respectively, combined with phenolic resin glue strongly under observing with ESEM, the combination between them is strong, when destroyed, the rip won’t be in the jointinterface between glass fiber and phenolic resin glue; In the hot pressing process, phenolic resinglue is able to migrate into the gap of plate among, so the combinations between each layer werepromoted better, improving the plank’s mechanical properties. Observing by the infrared absorptionspectrometer (Nicolet380), found that the infrared spectra samples of corresponding bambooplywood’s longitudinal profile (using KH-550and KH-792to deal with glass fiber clothrespectively) are consistent approximately, but more-CH2-emerged in the latter, the main chaincarbon longer; the oxygen in the epoxy propyl goup of KH-560molecules is very active, occurchemical reaction with other compositions of plank easily, the reaction produces more branchedchains, promote the molecular structure to form network, so that the whole mechanical properties ofthe plank is improved effectively. |
