Melt-glue cloth is a absolutely new product conception in textile industry. It classified a kind of product. The melt-glue cloth and this class of products is made through a special process "Immediate weave" an other new conception in textile processes conceived in the study of melt-glue cloth. Melt-glue cloth can be used in many field, such as liner in sports garments, packaging cloth and other industry usesMelt-glue cloth can be made into three dimension structure by heat forming process. The product be called 3D melt-glue cloth or Erosion Control Mat (ECM) in foreign county. It is a kind of new product with three dimension structure that be used in erosion control works. As beginning I study the two main processes of 3D melt-glue cloth composite machine, the parameter configuration of heating up section and forming device design. After that the manuscript give a conceiving of new improvement on the machine. In the process of studying the process configuration I found that the two solution of the process problems were in same form or pattern, so I extracted a new idea from that which can be used to systematize the process problems in textile industry. Here imported a new conception "pattern", besides, the manuscript presented deep discussion on the new idea. In manuscript presented a introduction of the 3D melt-glue cloth composite machine in first chapter. In the second chapter present two solutions of the process configuration by mathematic modeling and computer emulating and the suggestion of mechanical improvement on the 3D melt-glue cloth composite machine. After the discussion in the chapter two, in chapter three we educed the new idea that import "pattern" as a new way of organizing vast complex process problems in textile industry. With reorganizing by the "pattern", the knowledge in textile industry will be more systematized and more experience and emulator will be better reused. In modern industry electronic technique be wildly embodied in all kinds of industries include textile, so it is more imported to reuse the emulators and experiences as it can save lots of our money and time. At last chapter just a brief instruction of the computer software that be developed to emulate the process that mentioned in chapter two.
