The safety assessment is an important part of modern safety management, application ofmodern security systems engineering and safety principles and methods of the cybernetics,find, analysis and forecasting work, dangerous and harmful factors, and may lead to the riskof harmful consequences and extent of make reasonable and feasible countermeasures toguide hazard control and accident prevention, in order to achieve the lowest accident rate, theleast loss and optimal security investment returns. Oil field capacity building is a complex andlarge more dangerous works, because there is in the production process of crude oil, naturalgas, chemical reagents and other flammable media event of an accident would causeirreparable life, property loss, so that the oil field production capacity of the security problemsof the construction project is particularly important and prominent. In the on-site productionprocess must ensure the safety integrity of a variety of equipment, facilities, and the only wayto eliminate a variety of security incidents that may occur in the production process.Focus on dangerous parts of the Daqing oil field production capacity constructionprojects, from major materials and chemical additives, the production process, the mainproduction location and equipment of three priority hazardous oil field production capacity tobuild parts of a dangerous and harmful factors analysis of identification, to fully reveal theexistence of dangerous and hazardous factors and the likelihood of occurrence, and provides abasis for qualitative and quantitative evaluation.
