| As the world’s longest and the first Asian coal pipeline,the Shen Wei coal pipeline has recognized the factors affecting its safe operation in advance,which is of great significance to the safe operation of the Shen Wei coal pipeline after production,and can effectively improve the economic and safety management level of the enterprise.On the basis of the risk assessment theory of long-distance pipeline at home and abroad,this paper takes the project of Shen Wei coal pipeline as the risk pre-evaluation object,analyzes the main technical characteristics,process flow and equipment and facilities of the Shen Wei coal pipeline,and combines the accident cases of long distance pipeline,which affects the danger of the safety production operation of the Shen Wei coal pipeline.The harmful factors are identified and analyzed.Secondly,according to the division principle and method of evaluation unit and combining the characteristics of pipeline engineering,it is divided into 4 evaluation units and 18 sub units.According to the characteristics of the evaluation methods,the classification and comparison are carried out,and the cause and effect analysis method and the pre hazard analysis method are selected to evaluate the price.The main influence radius of surface movement is taken as the main index to calculate and analyze the sub unit of coal mining area.Under the condition of complying with the relevant laws and regulations of the state and the standard of the related standards of the industry,under the circumstances of scientific and effective implementation of the safety countermeasures,the Shen Wei coal pipeline is capable of realizing the operation of safety production.Finally,in view of the pre-evaluation conclusion,this paper puts forward the countermeasures and measures of pipeline protection,so as to reduce the risk level of the production and operation of the Shen Wei coal pipeline to the acceptable range,and provide the basis for the decision of the enterprise. |
