Automobile is becoming more and more popular in people's daily life.As an important part of automobile,tires are also everywhere.As a kind of enterprise with many occupational hazards,tire manufacturing enterprises have many kinds of occupational disease cases.The occupational hazard factors of tire manufacturing enterprises are the key enterprises for occupational hazard prevention and risk assessment because of their diversity and harmfulness.The analysis of occupational hazards in the workplace of tire manufacturing enterprises is of great significance and role in guiding the prevention and control of occupational hazards in such enterprises.This paper chooses three possible occupational hazards in four-wheel workshop,two-wheel workshop and boiler room of a tire manufacturing enterprise as the research object.The specific work is divided into the analysis of occupational hazards in the workplace,the on-site detection of occupational hazards,the risk assessment of occupational hazards in enterprises by using the job classification method of occupational hazards in the workplace and the ICMM method,and the analysis of the risk results.The four steps are mainly divided into four steps:collecting,testing and analyzing the main occupational hazard factors,investigating the protective facilities and personal protective equipment in the workplace,and collecting the on-site detection parameters under the protective measures.Fully understand the research and analysis of a large number of domestic and foreign information on occupational hazards and comparative analysis of the methods for determining the risk of occupational hazards.Finally,according to the occupational hazards in the workplace,the occupational hazards factor classification method and the International Mining and Metals Commission?ICMM?method are selected to calculate the risk levels of noise,toxic and harmful gases and dust.The occupational hazards of tire manufacturing enterprises mainly include physical factors,chemical factors and dust,among which dust mainly exists in boiler rooms and four-wheel workshops,including carbon black dust and other dust;physical factors are mainly noise hazards,and noise hazards mainly involve enterprise production workshops;chemical factors include hydrogen sulfide?H2S?,phenol?C6H5OH?,formaldehyde?HCHO?.Zinc oxide?ZnO?,sulfur dioxide?SO2?,carbon monoxide?CO?,carbon dioxide?CO2?and hydrochloric acid?HCL?are mainly found in four-wheel and two-wheel workshops.Through on-site detection in the workplace,the results show that the noise hazard risk grade evaluated by the method of occupational hazard factor classification in the workplace is mild hazard,and the risk of toxic and harmful gases and dust is relatively harmless.According to the Catalogue of Highly Toxic Substances and the Classification of the Hazard Degree of Occupational Exposure to Toxic Substances,the qualified rate of occupational hazard factors of chemical substances was 100%and that of noise was 93.5%.According to the toxicological characteristics of occupational hazards,the potential hazards and the intensity of occupational hazards,the occupational hazards hazard score and the conversion coefficient of contacts,it is concluded that the comprehensive score of occupational hazards in enterprises in recent three years is the employing unit with serious occupational hazards.The ICMM method is used to determine that the noise risk level is high risk and intolerable,the dust risk level is medium and high risk,and the toxic and harmful gases risk level is low risk and potential risk.Workplace occupational hazards factor classification method and ICMM method can evaluate occupational hazards from different angles.According to the evaluation results of the two methods,according to the relevant national standards,according to the results of on-site testing,the key control points of occupational hazards in enterprises can be found out.The reasons for the inconsistency of the risk results obtained by the two methods are analyzed,and the value will be assigned.Improving suggestions are put forward in unreasonable places.The control technology and measures for occupational hazards prevention and control in the workplace are put forward for the target enterprises.Figure[7]Table[40]reference[51].
