Japan and New Zealand, and the relevant international conventions, to establish a sound of alien invasive species prevention and control system. This paper analyzes the causes of the invasion of alien species, as well as the lack of exotic invasive species problems in the existing relevant laws and regulations of the alien species. Therefore, China clearly alien species legislation ideological, clear legal adjustment range, and constantly establish sound of alien invasive species prevention and control of the legal system, in order to effectively prevent alien species invasion of the situation deteriorating trends, protection of biodiversity and ecological security, promoting China’s economic sustainable development.
