The similar planetary gear train is first proposed to solve the wood-working circular saw machine with double work station and cross-cut function which is selected on the basis of the machining features of the small diameter branchwood.Based on the project,the thorough research and optimum analysis of the structural of circular saw machine with double work station and cross-cut function are made.The composition and layout of the wood-working circular saw machine with double work station and cross-cut function by research of the structural dimensions and technical requirements of the small diameter branchwood.Based on the reserach of the similar planetary gear train transmission system,we have detailed research on the parts system structure.We have used ANS YS to do the static analysis and dynamic analysis of the main parts in the machine.Based on the static research,the cloud atlas of the strain stress and safety factor are made,the strength and stiffness are investigated of the main parts.Then based on the dynamic research,the modal analysis and the harmonic response analysis are made.The first six natural frequency and mode shape and the critical speed of the spindle are obtained in modal analysis.Through the harmonic response analysis,the harmonic response curves of the main parts which are impacted by the sawing force are illustrated.The vibration stability and local dynamic response of the machine are studied,therefore,the mainly weakness parts of the spindle are analysed and some idea of configuration optimization is presented.Optimum analysis with MATLAB and ADAMS aimed at the mainly weakness parts of the spindle and feeding and clamping mechanism.After the optimization programs are compiled and the optimization of parameters are setted,the spindle parameters and the spring parameters of the feeding and clamping mechanism are obtained.Then the result is compared with result of before optimization,the accuracy optimal results are proved.We have design the appearance of the manufactured machine in order to reflect the utility value and aesthetics of the product. At last,we testes machine.The guidance and experience are provided by the research of the structure performance and optimization of the wood-working circular saw machine with double work station and cross-cut function.Then the foundation is made to develop the machine into commercialization.
