By calculation and analysis, implementing natural forest protection project have more significant growth in the forest ecological benefit than not implementing natural forest protection project.13years in the natural forest protection project, it produce849,300yuan of net benefits of water conservation, soil and Water Conservation1.4682million yuan of net benefit, purify the atmosphere of the net benefits of811,300yuan, carbon fixation and oxygen net benefit of7.2617million yuan, protective net benefit of231,300yuan. The average annual total ecological benefits increase the value of10.6218million yuan. The implementation of the natural forest protection project, larch forest landscape dominance index values decreased but the other three types have a slight increase; The diversity index increased from1.10in1998to1.12in2010, suggest that restoring stability has been strengthened, the eco-system against outside interference, impedance stability has also been strengthened.Carbon fixation and oxygen-effectiveness is the highest of all the ecological benefits, all losses, mainly due to wood reduced by a big margin have had some impact on the local forest economy and forest ecological environment.
