Injection molding is one of the most important methods for plastic molding processing. Injection molding machine, a injection molding equipment, is mainly composed of four major components:injection unit, clamping devices, hydraulic systems, electrical control system. In this thesis, the two-plate injection molding machine being developed by the company of Zhoushan Golden Eagle Presses is the object of study, combined with computer simulation analysis, based on the simulation of finite element theory of statics and hydraulic simulation software AMESim system simulation as the theoretical basis, around two plate injection molding machine to analyze and research. The contents of the chapters are as follows:In chapter1, introduces the background and significance of the subject, summed up the injection molding machine template design and optimization of Research on the performance simulation based on finite element theory and structural optimization methods. Summarizes the development status and trends of the injection molding machine clamping device, and discusses the research situation and development trend of the injection molding machine hydraulic technology. Put forward the main research content and overall structure of the framework.In chapter2, pose the basic assumption of a two-plate injection maneuver template force status, do the template statics analysis by using ANSYS finite element analysis software.
