Hydraulic support is one of the three devices used in Mechanized coal mining,in which the column as an important component assume the role of bearer and raising.With Double Telescoping,which has a large adjustable length range and the hydraulic stepless raising, commonly used in thin seam and large mining height bracket.When the holder receives the force of sudden, often causes lot of stress on column. The middle cylinder has the lowest intensity, and its surface is coated with a zinc coating to increase corrosion resistance.The middle cylinder hydraulic pressure suddenly increases causes deformation of the cylinder material,Zinc coating will be worn, in turn exacerbate the cylinder wear and leakage problems, and sometimes blew phenomenon occurs.Therefore, this article focus on the stress analysis of support column, especially on stress analysis of the middle cylinder.The project takes ZY24/6812000type shield hydraulic support for example, introduces hydraulic stent type and working principle, which mechanics calculation for the simplify mode is based on.Using UG for geometric model of the various components and assembly to ease the inport in following ANSYS analysis.Though the analysis of mathematical model for column, gets the function of the middle cylinder and the bottom cylinder under impact loading in internal pressure. Study the impact of each parameter for middle cylinder.After that, author uses AMEsim establish the overall circuit diagram of the hydraulic support. Make simulation and transient for column part of the overall simulation analysis, in order to get the changes of the condition to the stress on column. Analyze the curves of changes,provide a basement for next step finite element analysis and a reliable basis for mechanics. Import the model in ANSYS, analyze analyze the pressure curve obtained AMESim and2times the maximum load stress lowers center of the stress, strain the situation and got stress and strain contours, and get the maximum strain of e cylinder outer (zinc coating) and inner (block) the maximum strain to analyze the strain is beyond both the yield limit of0.2%.Simulation results show that:Bracket under impact load, the column cavity pressure changes fluctuates significantly, Maximum pressure in the cylinder chamber125MPa,sump chamber pressure maximum is70MPa. Stress was significantly greater than the cylinder outer cylinder stress due to the small size of the cylinder, and the cavity pressure. The outermost material strain is large, the impact force of the deformation rate by2by a center load, the outermost layer of the cylinder material strain rate also reaches, exceeds the material generally yield limit. Thus prone to rise in the cylinder cylinder.Based on ZY24/6812000covering hydraulic support column type stress analysis study and the theory and the actual situation, the author analyze the column structure and the forces, in order to ensure the stable operation of hydraulic support and mechanized mining face safer production has a certain practical significance.
