Hydraulic support is a key part in mining equipment,it determines whetherthe whole coal mining can be safely and smoothly. Hydraulic support pillar inhydraulic support system plays the role of load weight and adjusting the height,but under the effect of various load,the hydraulic support column bears highpressure. In the process of the traditional strength calculation, the actualsituation in production has a certain gap, and does not take into account theimpact load of the stress and deformation of the hydraulic support column.First of all, through the establishment of hydraulic support statics model,the statics of the post are analyzed,and the strength of the plunger, the cylinder,the outer cylinder are checked.The hydraulic double telescopic hydraulic system diagram is established byusing the software of AMESim. After setting parameter, the process of pillarhydraulic circuit impact is simulated. It is concluded that appropriate increasethe damping of valve core can reduce the valve core in advance agitate, making the hydraulic system in a stable rapidly.Then, take the impact load stress of the hydraulic support column as theresearch object. The dynamic process of mathematical model is established,using the mathematical knowledge, and boundary constraint condition, finallyobtained the pressure of the hydraulic support pillar under impact load curvefunction expression. In specific parameters, using Matlab analysis functionextreme value point and get around0.025s reach maximum cylinder pressure of330MPa.Finally using the Pro/E establishes the model of the double telescopicupright post, the model is simplified and imported into the finite elementsoftware Marc, the maximum pressure of330MPa is applied to the hydraulicsupport column. The whole displacement variation of the whole hydraulicsupport columns is got, and then analyses the stress diagram and deformation inthe cylinder. It is concluded that the residual deformation of0.365%, beyond thespecified value, thus we need strengthen the cylinder.
