The unstressed sand reservoirs is the important part of oil-gas reservoirs in China,Due to the cause of reservoir nature,Sand entry is easy for unstressed sand reservoirse in the development process,this has been a major factor which affects the development,turn into one of main obstacle and the main contradiction to improve the speed of mining reservoir,Sand control in oil Wells is the important link of the sandstone reservoir development.Meanwhile,Some water injection well in the early development of sandstone reservoir is not out of the sand,But with the rising of the water cut,The changes of the reservoir nature will also cause sand flow,So how to prevent oil well out of the sand effectively and largely decline impact on production is the key to this kind of sandstone reservoir.In order to effectively prevent sand production,we have to figure out the cause of sand production and internal mechanism,And judges that oil well whether is belong to a state that oil well dispaly sand production,so we need to research and analysis for method of sand prediction,And look for a kind of the most accurate determination methods.If the conclusion are sand production,it needs us to take sand control process,How to choose the most reasonable sand control method,you need to choose a cost-effective one from the current available sand control methods.The optimization of sand control method has not only relationship with the original layer of the state,the oil reservoir geology characteristics,fluid property, production conditions, well structure and many other factors, But also the type of sand control method and the suitable conditions, these will give optimization of sand control method bring a lot of difficulty,It should consider not only technical factors but also the economic benefits.This article is based on the research of the literature, and analyse reason of sand production and forecasting method,It is used to the judge whether the oil well is sand flow or not as the basis.at the same time the article sums up adapt conditions of several main mechanical sand control methods,It is applied as the cornerstone of sand control method optimization.Then we will run fluids rate forecast and economic evaluation research for the preliminary control sand methods which is optimized,Finally the optimal control sand method will be determined, And economic benefit will be maximized.In the process of sand control methods are the preliminary optimized in paper, Two main optimization models are applied,They are the comprehensive fuzzy evaluation model and artificial neural network model. The comprehensive fuzzy evaluation model is based on the fuzzy mathematical theory,Its can solve this kind qualitative problem of sand control method optimization,Its accuracy is dependent on the value of the weight;The main theory of The artificial neural network model is that the B-P neural network to choose sand control way of the most coupleing standard solution method, Its accuracy is decided by number of samples.After several sand control methods are the preliminary optimized, In order to further determine the most optimal scheme, We need to study from the economic context,therefore the sand control methods which are chosed need to take fluids rate forecast, Then economic evaluation will be conducted based on these production data, And these emthods will be comprehensive considerd from the Angle of technical and economic, Finally select sand control method which is feasible in technolog and is good in economic benefit context,through the example is verified the theory of this paper is consistent with the fact,It shows theory in the article has certain governing significance for the sandstone reservoir that needs to take sand control measures.
