Gangxi Oilfield is located in the central part of Huanghua Bay,Bohai Bay,which is developed on the base of the paleo uplift in Hong Kong,which is composed of third series of strata and is a complex structure of the long axis of the fault.With the development of oil field,the sand production from oil well is becoming more and more serious.Although the traditional method of sand control has solved the problem of partial sand production,there are still quite a lot of oil and water wells can not be effectively treated by various problems.To solve this problem,this paper of Gangxi oilfield sand analysis,the reservoir sand prediction technology to carry out the speed of sand prediction,with a velocity of sand as the basis to establish the "four level solid drainage grading of sand" sand treatment system;form the high hole density perforation,no solid perforating fluid,anti swelling sand stabilizing agent,resin solution sand stabilization technology;optimization of the double effect of cemented sand solid sand technology;optimization of the hydraulic jet pump,double pump anti draining sand for oil recovery technology;Gangxi oilfield multi strata,and a set of variable well sand control technology and field applications take had a good effect.
