Analysis Of The Comprehensive Utilization And Development Countermeasure Of Phosphorus Resources In Hubei Province

Phosphorus resource,an indispensable element for the development ofagriculture and industry in a country,isn’t only important to the sustainabledevelopment of economy and society,but also a kind of distinctive strategicresource,which is of enormous economic value in the world.Currently,thescarcity of phosphorus is irreplaceable,especially in the agriculture. In thefuture, the demand for phosphate rock will continue to increase because of thestimulation from the enormous demand for food,as a result,the amount ofphosphate rock in China will be unable to meet the enormous demands of theeconomic development. Hubei Province,as the second province as to theamount of phosphate rock, plays an imprtant role in the mining, transportingand processing of phosphate rock due to superior geographical position andtransportation facility.Therefore,the sustainable exploitation of phosphate rockhas significant influences on the economic stability of Hubei Province andChina.In these years,although the phosphorous chemical industry in HubeiProvince is developing rapidly,it is still at the level of high inputs,highconsumption,low outputs and low efficiency,in brief,the development ofphosphorous chemical industry is at the cost of high consumption ofphosphorus resource, high pollution and ecological damage.In this paper, enormous relevant literature datas have been consulted, newtechniques of the comprehensive utilization of phosphorus collected andanalysed, the state of cleaner production in Hubei Province compared. Finally,it is concluded that cleaner production is essential to the phosphorouschemical industry in Hubei Province. In the fourth chapter, the concept cycleisland is put forward, taking the economic development zone in Yichang,Hubei Province as an example to forge phosphorous chemical cycle systems,the exploration of ustainable road in phosphorous chemical industry has been complished.
