Research On Construction Of Ecological Industrial Park Of Deyang Economic And Technological Development Zone Based On The Circular Economy

With the deepening of the industrialization process,the contradiction between economic development and resources and environment had become increasingly prominent.It was urgent to establish a new industrial park — eco-industrial park,in order to achieve the coordinated development of the environment and the economy.The purpose of this paper was to research on the construction of ecological industrial park based on the connotation of ecological industrial park and the circular economy.Deyang Economic and Technological Development Zone was chosen as an example.Based on the present situation of the park,the potential and effective ways were analyzed for construction eco-industrial park.According to the connotation and index system of the eco-industrial park,the paper discussed how to build an eco-industrial park for Deyang Economic and Technological Development Zone.According to the investigation and analysis of the current situation of the park,it could be seen that the area was a comprehensive industrial park with the equipment manufacturing industry,clothing and light industry and new materials.The park was only the embryonic form of ecological industrial park,but it was not the true sense of the industrial park.By excavating the ecological linkages between the leading industry,the leading industry and the leading industry and other related industries,the main ecological chain can be formed by the material circulation,water circulation,green energy centralized supply and information exchange."provincial-level eco-industrial park in Sichuan Province indicators(Trial)" evaluation system was used to guide the construction of eco-industrial park.The model year was in 2012.22 construction indicators were involved,and 16 have reached the standard,6 did not meet the standard in eco-industrial park construction for Deyang Economic and Technological Development Zone.Based on the above indicators,the paper put forward the key projects of the eco-industrial park construction,including circular economy and industrial chain,infrastructure construction,resource recycling and pollution control,service facilities and environmental management.Those projects were implemented would ensure eco-industrial park construction for Deyang Economic and Technological Development Zone in 2017.
