The molecularly imprinted polymer have specific characteristic in molecular recognitionand have been widely used in the fields of separation.The MIP of traditional are prepared bybulk polymerization in organic.The porous block polymers became irregular shape bygrinding and sieving. Using the polystyrene particles as seeds,molecularly imprinted polymerwhich prepared by seed swelling have higher imprinting efficiency and chromatographiccapabilities,and reduce embedding phenomenon during the polarity of the environmeng.Uniformly sized polystyrene particles are prepared by dispersion polymerization.Usingthe polystyrene particles as seeds, N-BOC-L-tryptophan as the template molecules, mole--cularly imprinted polymer which prepared by two kinds of methods of a single-step swellingand two-step swelling and the two methods are compared. the main factors of theperformance of imprinted polymers are sudied. The adsorption efficiency and selectivity wereinvestigated, the results show that the imprinted polymer has higher adsorption efficiency andselectivity compared with non-imprinted polymer.Two methods cmpares that Single-stepswelling method is not only simple, better specific adsorption and high adsorption capacity.Using the polystyrene particles as seeds,vanillin as the template molecules molecularlyimprinted polymer which prepared by bulk polymerization and single-step seed swellingmethod. The results of nitrogen adsorption measurement show that the MIMPs by single-stepseed swelling have large specific area324.1m2/g;The Scatchard analysis shows thatsingle-step seed swelling prepared imprinted polymers Eia was60.60%higher than the bulkpolymerization imprinting efficiency.;Seed swelling method of preparation of the imprintedpolymer used in HPLC stationary phase which can carry out baseline separation withstructural analogues ferulic acid.
