Organometallic chemistry combines aspects of organic chemistry, coordination chemistry and inorganic chemistry. To date, organometallic chemistry has played a very important role in organic synthesis, medical, catalytic, material chemistry and chemical industry. Especially, organometallic compounds have exhibitted their high selectivity, high catalytic activity and low pollution in catalytic fields, which is consistent with the requirements of contemporary green chemistry. In this thesis, some organometallic compounds were synthesized and their reaction properties were inverested. The main work is outlined as follows:Chapter1. Introducion of the research background and significance of this thesis (1) special reactions of P-diketiminatometal complexes with PCl2Ph or adamantanone;(2) the reaction of imine compounds with ZnEt2;(3) research progress of Tishchenko reaction;(4) research progress of catalytic isocyanates cylclotrimerization to isocyanurates.Chapter2. The reactions of β-diketiminatometal complexes with simple substance molecules (O2, S, Se,) and small compounds(C02, CS2, R-N=C=N-R and PhCHO,) were investigated.Chapter3. Synthesis and structures of some pyridylimido ligand and their organozinc complexes. The structures of complexes were characterized by NMR and X-ray single diffraction.Chapter4. Potassium tert-butoxide catalyzed the rapid and essentially quantitative dimerization of aromatic aldehydes to the analogous carboxylic esters under mild conditions.Chapter5. A variety of isocyanates have been efficiently converted into symmetrical trisubstituted isocyanurates, catalyzed by Lithium (or Na or K) tert-butoxide under mild conditions.
