The scientific community is particularly concerned about graphene, with its excellent mechanical properties,thermal properties, electrochemical properties,and graphene is considered to have very broad application prospects and potential particularly with high mechanical properties.If graphene is added to the polymer matrix as a filling material,mechanical properties of polymer materials can be greatly improved, thus altering the mechanical properties of the polymer itself can not meet the actual needs of the situation. If preparing graphene with polymer materials into composite, due to the compatibility of both,the ideal interface may be formed between the graphene and polymer materials,making the graphene and polymer materials produce organic combination,which allows the graphene excellent mechanical properties and thermal properties to play an important role and to play to enhance properties of the polymer matrix material, and it will prepare high performance of mechanical and thermal properties of polymer composites. Researching graphene epoxy composite material has a very broad prospects. This paper researches the oxidation of graphite prepared by the Staudenmaier method, the Hummer method respectively, and graphene prepared by treatment with the thermal expansion method and ultrasound method.Investigating the effects of ultrasonic time on the graphene dispersion, ultrasound six cycles of graphene compared with10cycles of the ultrasonic disperses better,that can be seen by electron microscopy.Researched by mechanical performance test,it is found that the tensile strength of composites prepared by the ultrasonic six cycles of graphene is higher than that of composites prepared by the ultrasonic10cycles with the same content, and the proportion of increasing the tensile strength is about15%.Comparing graphene prepared by the Staudenmaier method, the Hummer method,the degree of graphene exfoliation of H Preparation is higher than that of S Preparation by ultrasonic treatment and the mechanical properties of composite synthetised by H preparation improves a lot compared with composite synthetised by S preparation, and the proportion of tensile strength improvement is up to51.7%after ultrasonic treatment.By testing the content of0.3%,0.5%graphene composite infrared spectra,we can find in the wave number1108.28ester bond vibration peak, and peak height with graphene content increasing is slightly increased. Also we inspected the thermal conductivity of composite materials, the result of test found that the thermal conductivity increases with the content, the content of1%EGO, the thermal conductivity of less than0.18W/mk.
