Cementing oil well construction is the key step in the process of, Is a massive applicationof engineering construction work, Cementing quality directly affects the safety and reasonabledevelopment of oil and gas fields. Precision fluid metering is for downhole fluid motion anddisplacement of foundation. At present, the cementing construction measurement usingturbine flowmeter, turbine flowmeter is vulnerable to water slurry and drilling fluid effect ofimpurities, occurrence of resistance card causes the metering accuracy declines evenmeasurement failure. This paper discusses electromagnetic flowmeter applied in the wellcementing. Through the study of excitation system, converter research, new electromagneticflowmeter study, research and application of new instruments, so that the multifunctionalconstruction parameter measurement instrument can meet the cementing construction need.Cementing engineering multifunctional construction parameter measuring instrumentcan realize the flow, pressure, density of the three parameters of measurement, dataacquisition and storage, with multiple parameter display, wireless communication, U diskcollection, a variety of power supply and other functions. The instrument adopts ECC (ErrorCorrection Codes) algorithm," loss equalizing algorithm"(Wear-Leveling Algorithm).Instrument LPC1765parameter setting, data acquisition and processing, communication,external programming, real-time clock, the USB interface function and other functions. Oncementing engineering in the various technical difficulties were studied, through the study ofthe new electromagnetic flowmeter, electromagnetic flowmeter can meet the needs ofcementing technology conditions.
