By means of molecular designing, aromatics, acyl chloride and so on were used as rawmaterials, eleven alkyl aryl sulfonates which had clear structure and high purity weresynthesized by means of the Friedel-Crafts alkylation.The content of all the products were allover95%determined by two-phase titration.Liquid/solid ratio was fifty and adsorption time was twenty-eight hours(forteen hours)were determined by alkyl aryl sulfonates adsorption at oil sand and quartz sand.We measuredadsorption isotherms of five alkyl aryl sulfonates, investigate adsorption influences oftemperature, sulfonate structure and concentration, salt, alkali and alcohol at oil sand andquartz sand.The results showed that as system of temperature increased, adsorption of alkylaryl sulfonates at oil sand and quartz sand were decreased; as the length of alkyl chain,adsorption of alkyl aryl sulfonates at oil sand and quartz sand were increased;as aromatic ringmoved to the middle of alkyl chain, adsorption of alkyl aryl sulfonates at oil sand and quartzsand were decreased;as salt concentration and alkali concentration increased, adsorption ofalkyl aryl sulfonates at oil sand and quartz sand were increased; as alcohol concentrationincreased, adsorption of alkyl aryl sulfonates at oil sand and quartz sand were decreased.The interface tension of remixed alkyl aryl sulfonates with daqing oilfield three factorycrude oil and its components was measured by spin-drop method at45℃. The results showedthat remixed alkyl aryl sulfonates matched crude oil and its components best when averagemolecular weight is between418and432, oil-water interfacial tension can reach ultra-lowinterfacial.
