Eight kinds of alkylaryl sulfonate which had clear structure and high purity were synthesized from benzene and its analogies, acyl chloride and alkyl halide, the code were DMФC12-1S, DMФC12-3S, DMФC12-5S, DMФC14-3S, DMФC16-3S,ФC14-3S, MФC14-3S and EФC14-3S. The content of all the products were all over 95% determined by two-phase titration. The surface tension of some sulfonate in aqueous solution was measured by the drop volume method and the adsorption capacity of the surfactants at various concentrations was obtained. The effects of NaCl, NaOH, and n-butanol on the sulfonate in gas/liquid adsorption were also inspected. The results showed that with the increasing of concentration the surface tension expressed a sharp decline to the lowest value first and then remained basically unchanged. With the aryl moving to the middle of carbon chain, cmc,γcmc, Am declined,Γmax increased. With the carbon chain of sulfonate growing, cmc,γcmc, Am decreased,Γmax increased. After adding NaCl and NaOH, cmc,γcmc and Am decreased,Γmax increased. And to join n-butanol maked cmc,γcmc andΓmax decrease, Am increase. The interface tension of four kinds of alkyl aryl sulfonates with series of n-alkanes was measured by spin-drop method at 45℃. Interface tension gradually decreased over time until it reached equilibrium. When the surfactant concentration was 1g/L, the NaCl concentration was 6g/L and the volume concentration of n-pentanol was 1.5%, with the oil phase alkane carbon number increased, the dynamic the time of interfacial tension to reach equilibrium reduced, and with the short carbon chain on the sulfonate aromatic ring salts increased, the time of the dynamic interfacial tension to balance increased and nmin gradually increased. DMФC14-3S and EФC14-3S in nmin value reached an ultra-low interface tension and at this time interfacial adsorption behavior was the best. And the impacts of the NaCl concentration, alcohol structure and its concentration on interfacial tension between DMФC14-3S solution and n-decane were examined.Liquid-solid ratio of solid/liquid interface adsorption was 50, and saturation adsorption time was 24 hours. The impacts of the sulfonate structure and additives on the surface adsorption capacity in oil sands were examined. The results showed that in the experimental context, as the sulfonate concentration increased the adsorption capacity increased first and then reached equilibrium. High temperature was not beneficial to adsorption. With the increasing of NaCl and NaOH concentrations, adsorption capacity gradually increased, with n-butanol concentration increased, adsorption capacity gradually decreased, and under the same conditions, with the aryl moving to the middle position of alkyl chain, adsorption capacity decreased gradually, with the alkyl carbon chain growing, adsorption amount increased.
