By means of molecular designing,we synthesized four kinds of long chain alkyl aryl sulfonate surfactants.With benzene(toluene,ethylbenzene,isopropylbenzene)and ?-olefin(C20-24)as raw material,by Friedel-Crafts alkylation reaction,sulfonation reaction and neutralization reaction,using ionic liquid as catalyst has strong activity,finally they synthesized series of sulfonate surfactants.The mechanism of the two-phase titration method,active components on the synthesis of 4 kinds of surfactants and rigorous analysis,the content of greater than or equal to 95%.In the Friedel-Crafts alkylation reaction,the effect of the ratio of aromatics and olefins,the quality of olefins and catalysts,reaction time and reaction temperature on the yield of long chain alk yl aryl was examined by orthogonal experiments.In the optimal processing: n(aromatics):n(olefins)=5:1,m(olefins):m(catalysts)=30:1,the reaction time was 1h and the reaction temperature was 30?.Therefore,the alkylation products yield from 85% to 90%.The structures of sulfonates were proved to be correct by FT-IR.The surface tension of four kinds of surfactants were measured at different concentrations as well as at different temperatures by using drop-volume method.Analysis of surface tension with the change trend of different conditions.When the temperature is constant,the surfactant concentration increasing,the surface tension of CMC continues to decline,this situation presents a decreasing trend.When the concentration is constant,as the temperature increased,CMC increased,thecritical surface tension of the presented a decreasing trend.Model-500 type spinning drop interfacial tension instrument of long chain alkyl arylsulfonate surfactants and interfacial behavior of 2th plant of Daqing oilfield.Followed by the analysis of the effect of sulfonate concentration,alkali concentration,salt concentration and short chain alcohols on the dynamic interfacial tension.In the appropriate base concentration and salt concentration,the results showed that all the interfacial tension between four kinds of alkyl aryl sulfonates and the crude oil of 2th plant of Daqing oilfield could reach ultra-low interfacial tension(10-3mN/m).the interfacial tension was decreased to ultra-low value with the short chain alcohol added,enhanced oil recovery greatly.When the temperature was 45 degrees.At a concentration of 0.15g/L,the interfacial tension between four kinds of sulfonate surfactants in aqueous solution and the crude oil of 2th plant of Daqing oilfield was remained unchanged to ultra-low interfacial tension(10-2mN/m)during 60 days,at a result of,four kinds of products have good stability.Study on the emulsifying properties of the watershed method,with the increase of salt concentration,branching degree will increase,the longer the time of emulsion,the formation of the emulsion stability is better.With the temperature rising,sulfonate emulsion ability has steadily dropped.
