In the refrigeration cycle, the compressor is the main components o f the system. Thecompressor is the major driving force in the refrigerant system. And the appropriatenanoparticles disperse in the lubricant will increase the heat transfer of the refrigerant/oilmixture and reduce the friction of the compressor internal parts. The nano-lubricant use in thecompressor may enhance the compressor coefficient of performance and the reliability. The paper mainly used the experimental methods to study the influence of the differentnano-lubricant in the rolling piston compressor. And test the performance of the compressorwith the different nano-lubricant. Through analyse the experimental data obtained theconclusion as follows:(1) Using the physical method and the chemical method prepared the stability nano-lubricantcontaining fullerene, nano-NiFe2O4/CuO mixture, nano-NiFe2O4/Carbon nanotubemixture. And charge the nano-lubricants to the new rolling piston compressor in theproduction line. And these compressors used in the next performance test.(2) Compare the results of the performance test with the different nano-lubricants. And theresults showed that:1) The nanoparticles can significantly improved the lubricity of the lubricant.2) The nanoparticles may improve the heat transfer character of the lubricant/refrigerantmixture.3) The nanoparticles may improve the performance coefficient of compressor.(3) Do the experiment of the rolling piston compressor life test with the differentnano-lubricants. Through analys the experimental data obtained the conclusion: thelubrity of the nano-fullerene-lubricant is much better than the nano-NiFe2O4-lubricant.
