In recent years with the rapid development of China’s machinery industry, machineryprocessing on honing machine of the increasingly high demand, especially in automobile, shipindustry, the piston、cylinder processing, domestic traditional honing machine due to technicallimitations, has been unable to meet the processing requirements of high speed and highprecision. The urgent need for honing machine technology innovation, to adapt to modernindustry on honing processing requirements.Based on the traditional honing machine tool research and analysis, as well as foreignhoning machine tool technology contrast, as can be seen, the honing machine has beenrealized by digital processing, supporting the special CNC system and servo motor, and theservo spindle, to achieve high speed, high precision honing processing. And the current levelof technology compared with foreign honing machine has bigger difference, lag behind many,now the domestic mainstream honing machine is still using the traditional method of semiautomatic control honing processing, mainly in honing reciprocation action is achieved,which is composed of a mechanical part to complete the reciprocating motion of the reversingand the spindle speed, while foreign reciprocating control can be obtained by numericalcontrol the system is driven by a servo motor can be completed, digital control, constantfeeding, constant speed, constant reticulate. Therefore, in honing machine technologyinnovation study, reciprocating motion control research is a key.Based on the numerical control system function analysis, and linear interpolation,acceleration and deceleration control algorithm research, the numerical control system appliesthe interpolation formula of linear acceleration and deceleration, before accelerating zone inthe calculation formula of acceleration, deceleration zone calculation formula, and therecursive formula of exponential acceleration and deceleration. And in the interpolationformula and acceleration and deceleration calculation formula on the basis of the study,commonly used by the reciprocating motion control method of analysis, concludes that thetiming interruption program to realize the reciprocating motion control optimization strategy,and uses MATLAB to reciprocating motion control speed curve analysis. In the numericalcontrol system to achieve success after optimization of the reciprocating control strategy, andthe actual machine tool machining experiments proved that after the optimization, thereciprocating motion of the feasibility of the control strategy, for numerical control honingmachine technology laid the foundation.
