Honing machine is an important equipment in the manufacturing process ofengine jacket, cylinder body hole and engineering machinery, but domestic honingmachine whether in the machining accuracy machine, manufacturing level, orcontrol mode has a big gap compared with foreign honing machine. At present, theChinese precision CNC machine market is almost all foreign honing machines.At present, the world development trend of manufacturing industry indifferent processes is the mutual infiltration and compound. Honing machines asimportant equipments for metal processing industry, are developing in the heavycutting, rough machining, which also contributed to the speed of honing processing,so put forward to higher request for the control system. Therefore honing MachineReciprocating Motion as the key of honing machine control, directly affects theability and the quality of honing machine processes. The traditional honing machineSpindle reciprocating reversing mostly used the single reciprocating reversingfeedback control, because the changes of oil temperature, load and reciprocatingspeed make the speed of reversing slow, the anti-interference ability is poor,cannot meet the current spindle reciprocating motion with high speed and highacceleration and high reversing the accuracy requirement.This paper mainly researches the control system of honing machine spindlereciprocating motion, on the basis of brief introduction to the processing of honingmachine establish the mathematical model of reciprocating motion, separately adoptthe model reference adaptive control, double fuzzy control and fuzzy PID adaptivecontrol on honing machines control of reciprocating motion, and then usingSimulink tools for the control system of the simulation analysis. The results of threecontrol strategies are compared, and then the optimal control strategy is selected, sothat make the designed control system of honing machines spindle reciprocatingmotion can satisfy the design requirements better.Then using DSP controltechnology to conduct the digital processing to control the processing ofreciprocating motion control system.
