With increasing economic, trading, traveling and other human activities, invasions of exotic species has become one of the most important global-scale problems, which not only alters ecological functioning and threatens biodiversity, but also causes huge economic losses and ecological threats.Harmful alien invasive species often leads to irreversible species extinction, and results in substantial economic losses within managed and natural ecosystems, including agriculture, forestry, fishery and animal production.Newly invading weeds, insect pests and plant diseasesfrequently result in large-scale outbreaks and persistent use of chemical-pesticides.The alien pest invasion is one of the most environmental problems in the world. The people have already begun to pay attention to the biological invasion and its impact on bio-diversity.This paper reviews the concept of biological invasion, the invasion mechanism and the status of invasion of China and Hubei Province. Through access to information and documentation, alien invasive species were simply classified and the focusing on prevention and control of species in Hubei, Eichhornia crassipes, Ambrosia artemisiifolia L., Crofton Weed, Alternanthera philoxeroides, Canada Solidago decurrens Lour., Asterolecanium castaneae Russell and Bactrocera (Tetradacus) minax (Enderlein) were introduction. Then Their morphological characteristics, geographical distribution, the proliferation of channels and hazards are described and Appropriate control methods and management strategies have been proposed.(1) The mechanism of biological invasion includes its ecological mechanism, the molecular mechanism and its biological and physiological properties. It will be known the process of biological invasion by Invasion mechanism:Introduction and escape period--Population establishment period--Stagnation (or latent) period—Diffusion period.(2) Reasons of biological invasion include decision mistakes and unintentional introduction of some alien species, and General diffusion of the natural.(3) The way of prevention and control of Alien invasive species have manual control, chemical control, biological control, mechanical and physical control and comprehensive management.(4) The management strategies of prevention of invasive alien species include perfect alien invasive species prevention and control system; strengthen the port (border) inspection system; establish invasive alien species early warning, monitoring and rapid response system; strengthen international and the departments cooperation, and vigorously carry out related scientific research; Strengthen the sense of participation and enhance the recovery of native species.
