Research On The Water Environmental Governance In China Under The Invasion Of Alien Species

The introduction of alien species plays an important role in the history of human civilization; the alien species enriched living resources of the people who live in the introduced place to some extent. However, there are some alien species that threaten the survival of native species. In recent years, invasive species to China has caused huge economic losses and caused some adverse impact on the living environment of the people. Today, invasive species gradually attracted the attention of people. With the gradual deepening of economic globalization, the alien species through different channels invasive exotic threat to the local ecological safety of local management policies.Water is the source of life, the material security of human existence. Water environment as an integral part of the ecological environment has an important position, invasive species cause water pollution, treatment costs are enormous, and it is difficult to cure. Alien species invasion of China’s water environment geographical wide range of serious harm to the ecological safety of our water and soil,has brought new challenges to the government. How to deal with the Water Environmental Governance in China under the invasion of alien species is the focus discussion of this paper.This paper is divided into five parts:The first part is an introduction. In this part mainly discuss about the basis and significance of the study, the research status at home and abroad, the paper’s research ideas and methods, the innovation and inadequacy, related concepts and theoretical basis. The second part is reasons of the analysis of government-led the Water Environmental Governance under the invasion of alien species, related to the adverse effects of alien species in the aquatic environment. The third part is the condition of the Water Environmental Governance under the invasion of alien species in China, including the invasion of alien species under the current situation and existing problems of China’s water environmental governance. The fourth part is the experience and enlightenment of foreign invasive species under water environment, mainly on water environmental governance experience and revelation of the developed countries in Europe and the United States. The fifth part is measures to improve the Water Environmental Governance in China under the invasion of alien species.
