Research On Intelligent Oil Pipeline Structure In Water Hammer Protection

Pipeline transportation is the most important oil and gas transmission method.During pipeline transportation and production,it is necessary to use automated systems for inspection,monitoring,control and management.At present,the domestic oil pipeline basically achieved digital management.In certain pipeline business areas,the Internet of Things,big data and other technologies have been used for experimental applications such as leakage monitoring and mobile inspection.This indicates that the above-mentioned emerging technologies and advanced management methods will become the focus of the future oil pipeline research.This paper takes the SCADA system as the foundation and takes the oil pipeline business demand as the leading factor,analyzing the application of the Internet of Things technology on the oil pipeline,combining the pipeline integrity management,cloud computing and big data technology to research and establish the intelligent oil pipeline architecture.It realizes the safety protection of pipeline body and surrounding environment,data collection,storage and analysis of pipeline operation and remote monitoring of production process.Based on this architecture,this paper aims at water hammer protection of oil pipelines,and proposed a water hammer protection plan which is includes automatic protection,enhanced protection and establishment of a safety system.Developing the virtual platform during the implementation of the research program,using the SPS software and the Monte Carlo algorithm to simulate and calculate the pipeline reliability,analyzing the practicality of the intelligent pipeline architecture.The simulation and calculation results show that the architecture has strong feasibility and provides a specific solution for the pipeline operators to solve the problems existing in the existing oil pipeline SCADA system.
