Study On The Integrated Service And The Evaluation And Management System Of Tobacco Logistics

As the civil market gradually open, the level of social economic and the level of people’s consumption gradually enhance, China’s tobacco industry is facing more and more challenges. Nowadays, China’s tobacco industry is trying the best to hold logistics-the third profits source-to lower the costs, enhance the profits and open up a diverse and integrated market. How to enhance the level of tobacco logistics service, strengthen the control and management of tobacco logistics service have become the most important problem to the tobacco industry. But there haven’t been an integrated evaluation and management system to measure the degree of the service of tobacco logistics which also can fit the environment of China’s tobacco industry. So, this article will contribute to solve that problem and set up an integrated evaluation and management system which contains many scientific indexes, the profit weights, feasible grading methods and the way to trace back to find problems.Firstly, this paper made many researches on theories of supply chain, service supply chain and business process management, and many scientific method such as BSC, AHP and decision tree are all studied which can make big contributions to the whole article.Secondly, this paper set up a model of supply chain and a mode of service supply chain for tobacco logistics which also accord with the truth of the industry. And principles of how to design the standard of the service for tobacco commercial enterprise were created.Lastly, this paper finally set up a scientific evaluation and management system of tobacco logistic service for our country’s tobacco industry, which based on the study of the preceding-part of the text and the method of BSC. At the same time, this article gave out the reasonable grading principle and the relatively objective system of indexes’ weights by using AHP. In the end of this part, this paper also put forward a model for the evaluation-result’s reverse-retrospect, which based on the decision tree model.
