Research On Lean Logistics Management Of XT Tobacco Company Based On Supply Chain Management

In recent years,with the rapid development of logistics industry,the role of tobacco industry logistics in production and operation is more and more obvious.Continuous promotion of lean management and supply chain management plays an important role in improving the level of tobacco industry logistics management.From the perspective of supply chain management,this paper uses lean management tools to analyze the existing problems in the current tobacco industry and to carry out an empirical study of lean logistics management.This paper puts forward the background and significance of the research.Through the analysis of the current situation of tobacco logistics research at home and abroad,it clears up the deficiencies in the current research.Then,the concept and content of logistics management,tobacco logistics,lean management and supply chain management are summarized,and the main problems in the research of lean logistics in the tobacco industry are put forward.Based on the above research,this paper takes XT tobacco as an example to carry out lean logistics management research.First,the logistics status of XT tobacco is analyzed,including the basic situation of XT tobacco logistics,management mode,core process and other aspects,especially the use of statistical tools to analyze the three links of storage,sorting,distribution,and to find out the main problems in the current work.At the same time,from the perspective of supply chain management,XT tobacco logistics is analyzed,and XT tobacco logistics improvement ideas are put forward.On the basis of the analysis,this paper focuses on the overall objectives and basic principles of XT tobacco lean logistics management,and mainly uses six sigma management tools to strengthen the main contents of lean logistics management from three aspects: strengthening the management of supply chain inventory,strengthening the management of sorting operation,and strengthening the delivery cost control..Finally,the main conclusions of this study are summarized,and the innovation and shortcomings are pointed out,which will point out the direction for further research in the future.
