The Research On Yiyang Hi-tech Industrial Development Zone Eco-city Construction

This paper initially analyses the background and significance of the title, homeand abroad eco-city construction research activities, the potentiality andcharacteristics of eco-city, three theoretical-basis of eco-city construction. On thebasis of these, this paper takes Yiyang Hi-Tech Industrial Development Zone as anexample, which introduces its development process and analyses four favorableconditions of Yiyang Hi-Tech Industrial Development Zone: I Privilege NaturalEnvironment; II Favorable economical zone position; III Solid economy basis; VAdvanced development concept. Meanwhile, this paper points out that there are fourproblems for the eco-city construction of Yiyang Hi-Tech Industrial developmentZone. I Poor sense of eco-environment protection, II Multi-restrictions for economydevelopment III Proper regulation in urgence for land use and development VObvious problems of city construction and management. On basis of quantitativeanalysis, it deeply analyses the general proficiency of its eco-city construction basedof the quantification. It shows the problems on measurement for its eco-cityconstruction. The ecology general index becomes0.5136and it’s regarded as averagelevel. Therefore, its general aim is put forward for eco-city construction and as wellas the five countermeasures. I Improve the citizens’ sense of eco-civilazation IImotivate the eco-transformation of industrial structures. III Multi-method ofcollecting funds for eco-city construction. V Strictly protection for management andproper use for land resources. VI Establish and perfect the sustainable developmentfor general policy-making mechanism.This paper adopts documentation and investigation as the main researchtechniques, combining quantitative analysis and quantification analysis. At present,Yiyang Hi-Tech Industrial Development Zone is under preliminary construction stage.It needs to be eco-civilized and cycle-developed eco-industry on the process ofeco-city construction. Especially, it’s mature on every level and aspect, quantitativecriteria system can be probed out which is suitable for the surrounded Dongtinghuarea eco-city construction.
