Because of the rapid development of automobile industry, it can effectively stimulate a country’s machinery, electronics, materials, molds and many other areas of development, and can continuously provide jobs to. ease the employment pressure for consumption. So many countries the car industry is one of the pillar industries of national economy, the automobile industry is developed as a measure of whether the level of a country’s industrial development is one important indicator. In automobile manufacturing industry, auto body panel stamping technology is one of the key technologies which would influence the development of new models.Automobile cover parts are mostly curved surface structure with complex space and complicated shape. Sometimes, it is difficult to meet the quality requirement only by the engineer’s experience who works out designs. So with the development of the computer, getting rid of the design by experience and using computer simulation technology of stamping form will play a significance role in the future, for example, reducing cost, improving design quality, enhancing market competitiveness, shortening manufactory cycle. This article to a particular model of car beam strengthened plate parts stamping process design technology, for example, conducted a study on the stamping simulation analysis.This paper analyzes the basic car reinforcing plate forming request, to strengthen the board parts structure features system analysis, combining experience method and CAE simulation method to determine the parts stamping process for symmetric pull delay-PLR ctr-otr-forming and then conduct process analysis and design; With basic tools for software for Auto parts, Auto payload to form will, through the five kinds of software the effects of parameters analysis and solution of the results of stamping parts formability process simulation; Analyzes the forming process of several possible defects and according to the results of analysis put forward corresponding solutions, finished parts stamping process design and process type surface design, and finally reach the expected design. This thesis research methods for complicated stamping parts stamping process design provides technical support, and can be used as the practical stamping process and mold design reference.
