Endocrine disrupting chemicals, as a new type of organic pollutants have become an increasing attention, in which estrogen is a class of biologically active steroid compound into human and animal body, it can influence the post-nervous, immune and endocrine system, the normal regulatory function. Estrgens through the aquatic food chain enrichment, endanger the safety of bio-ecological and human health. Therefore in this paper, six kinds of estrogen compounds were studied to establish its analysis and detection methods in different environmental media, also studied and assayed the distribution situation of estrogen compounds in Dalian Bohai Rim region, have some innovative, in order to lay a foundation for environmental monitoring. With Chlorella as the research object, examining estrogen compounds on their growth and the impact of photosynthetic pigments content. Provides a theoretical basis of endocrine disruptors in eco-toxicological effects. This method used solid-phase extraction technology for enrichment and purification to reduce the matrix interference, superior to the traditionnal liquid-liquid extraction. After the optimization of solid-phase extraction, we select to use6mL acetontrile,6mL methanl to activated columns, elution solvent30%methanol/water, elution solvent methanol when the extraction efficiency is best. The recovery of six estrogens was76.4~110.3%in water,63.7-88.5%in sediment, with relative standard deviations of1.04%-9.23%. The toxic effects of DES and TBBPA on algae by growth and Photosynth-etic pigments were investigated with a standard experiment method of evaluating chemicals’ toxic effects on algae. The joint toxicity of Diethylstilbestrol and Tetrabromobisphenol A to Chlorella pyrenoidosa was assessed with additive index. The experimental results showed that Dalian six municipal sewage outfall waters generally detected in six kinds of estrogen, and higher levels, with the apparent seasonal variation. Compared to its regional at home and abroad, Dalian City outfalls of estrogen compounds in water pollution more serious. Around Bohai20monitoring stations in the six kinds of estrogen compounds are widely detected, with the higher levels, in which a single compound detected in the amount of up to2ppm. Comparing the degree of pollution: Liaodong Bay>Laizhou Bay>Bohai Bay, where the main pollutants are E1, E2and EE2. Toxiticy results showed that the density and photosynthetic pigments of algae cells reduced with the increasing concentration of chemical, exhibiting good concentration-effect relationship. The values of EC50,96h were0.0248mg·L-1and0.0455mg·L-1, respectively. The joint toxicity was antagonistic.
