Research Of Mine Geologic Environment Evaluation And Prevention And Curing Countermeasure Of Typical Mining Area In Panzhihua Of Sichuan Province

As the base of Vanadium-titanium magnetite, Panzhihua is a important mining city in our country, which has rich, complete and tie-in appropriate varieties of mineral resources.The Large-scale development and utilization of mineral resources, caused mine geology hazards, environmental pollution, resource destruction and other prominent problems of the mining geological environment, thereinto, Panzhihua iron area, Baguanhe limestone mining area and Baoding coal mining area are the most prominent and representative typical.In this paper, we confirmed the20evaluation index, concluding the basic information of mine, the geological environmental conditions of mining area, the problems of geological disasters, environmental pollution, and resource destruction, through the control and influence factors of Panzhihua mine geological environment, and the type, form of expression and harmfulness of main mining geological environmental problem. We built the system of evaluation index about Panzhihua mine geological environment, using the AHP method to determine their index Weight. By fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, the geological environment of the three typical mining area was evaluated. On the basis of the evaluation results, all the three mines belong to the type, which the geological environment is bad. According to the membership of the differences, among which the mining geological environmental conditions of Baoding coal mining area is worse, followed by Baguanhe limestone mining area, Panzhihua iron area is relatively good. The evaluation results based on the evaluation method and index system lined with the actual situation,so this approach has a certain degree of practicality.Based on the evaluation of the mining geological environment, some protective and governance measures about the environment of each typical mining area were proposed in accordance with the mining geological environmental problems existed in each typical mining area. On the basis of perfecting the governance, policy and security systems of mine environmental protection, Panzhihua iron ore area should strengthen the contoling of the geological disaster of thd stope and the dump, Baguanhe limestone should focus on strengthening governance of landslide in West Stope mining areas, Baoding coal mining area should strengthen the resettlement and the comprehensive treatment in mining subsidence area and groundwater drainage area,on the other hand,focus in further improved mining technology and strengthen the comprehensive management and comprehensive utilization of the waste dump.
